  • 1 - Deadline for author's registration and payment is 30th April 2025.
  • 2 - This fee also applies to Students who are authors/ presenters of abstracts. Students are required to provide a proof to support their application for student rate.

  • 3 - ONLY for the authors of abstracts that have been selected but who can not present them at the Conference. The Publication Fee ensures that the abstracts will be published in the Conference Book of Abstracts.

Presenting authors can submit 1 paper. Additional papers of presenting authors will be subject to a fee of 75€ each.

Reimbursement from cancellation:

90% until 31/MAR/2025
50% until 30/APR/2025;
0% after 1/MAY/2025

Fees include:

Attendance to all sessions, digital access to the Book of Abstracts with papers of all oral and poster presentations, and network opportunity to get to know key researchers in this knowledge field.
